The client spent tens of thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours implementing CRM for their team. After going live with the Sales team, the users refused to use the system. PartnerSource Solutions was brought in to help save the project.
We began an analysis effort to understand why the users balked at using the system. After a short while it became clear that the system was overly complex and didn't meet the user's needs. Phase 1 was a project to simplify the user experience and increase user adoption. Phase 2 was to add more functionality, integrating the clients other systems to CRM and providing business intelligence dashboards for both users and management
In a tragic turn of events the client's internal IT manager suddenly passed away leaving them with nobody to manage and support their primary business system, their CRM solution.
We were referred to the client by their IT managed services provider. The client has approximately 100 users and their CRM system is the primary system of record. It keeps track of customers, customer jobs and scheduling of installations as well as internal resources associated to those jobs. Every day the system was down was costing them thousands of dollars. We came in and immediately began working with them on a multi-phased approach. Phase 1 was to help stabilize the system and perform so overdue maintenance to get them back up and running. Phase 2 we engaged in supporting their Marketing Team, helping them with new marketing campaigns to get the company sales back on track. Phase 3 began general day to day support.
